Come celebrate the 11th Annual Waukee Arts Festival in Centennial Park. It's a new year for most on the Council, but what a year it has been! 

We have witnessed a community come together to support this transitional year, whether through services, sponsorships, grants, strategic partnerships, or simply a smile of encouragement...each making an impact and fueling our passion for a successful year. 

The Board of Directors has come to the table each month to make this bright, shiny, and inherently Waukee event come to life once again. 

We have a new Facebook page, a new website, new stage banners to rock the summer nights. We have systems and committees with data to share. We have new artboards, power, and lighting for the Student Art Exhibit. We have new bylaws and ways to volunteer. 

Vendors will enjoy added communication platforms to make everything crystal clear, while event strategies have been added to create improved foot traffic through every artist's booth this year. Attendees will have ample opportunities to play and tag us on social platforms. Your new favorite artwork is waiting for you. Shops stay open until 8 PM both nights. SHOP. FOLLOW. PLAY!

So join us for two nights of powerhouse concerts to make Centennial pulse. Savory foods and cool beverages will keep the heat at bay. Make sure to bring your camp chair or blanket and prepare to stay!

The festival will open Friday, July 17 from 5 pm-8 pm, followed by a concert with XOLEX. The festival reopens Saturday at 10 am for a full day of fun and food for the whole family, concluding with our feature concert - Born To Run: The Music of Bruce Springsteen Performed By The Monday Night Live Band.
